1st Japanese Head Spa In Harford County Celebrating 5 Years Of Business

  • FALLSTON, MD — During the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, Erika Humphreys launched a day spa designed to help people focus on self care. As the first Japanese head spa in the area, their treatment went viral on social media and have since grown exponentially in the past five years. Face Facts Skin Care Day Spa, located at 2112 Belair Ave., Suite 8, in Fallston describes itself as Harford County's hidden gem. The day spa also specializes in European style hydrafacials, dermaplaning, anti-aging and acne treatments, waxing, basic facials, fibroblasting, microblading and microchanneling, brows and lashes, body contouring and special treatments. "It was my life long dream to start this business with the desire to make people feel good about themselves," Humphreys told Patch. "Our treatment room is so nice and relaxing. Our specialists are expertly trained and highly skilled. We use the best products, tools and techniques available. Our facials are what made us so popular that we had to expand to our new location last May and earned us a 5-star rating on Google." The business offers a line of professional grade skin care products developed by the owner, gift cards and monthly memberships, too. While most clients are from the Harford County area, some come from Baltimore County and other nearby counties. There's an equal pull of men and women, too. "Our customers love the environment, our skill level, fair pricing and more," Humphreys said. The day spa is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Get The Latest Local News (For Free!) With One Quick Tap
