Wall Street set for unlucky Friday 13th as Israel-Iran conflict rattles markets

  • 8am: Stocks set for steep decline on Israel air strikes  US stock futures pointed to a big decline after Israel launched air strikes against Iran's nuclear and military facilities, further raising tensions in the Middle East and sending investors to the sidelines.  An hour and a half before the market opens, futures for the Dow Jones are down 1%, while those for the S&P 500 are 0.9% weaker and Nasdaq futures are 1.2% lower.
