(TSXV: MGMA) (FSE: BC21) (WKN: A411DV) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into a marketing agreement (the "Agreement") with Epstein Research (Peter Epstein) ("Epstein") pursuant to which Epstein will provide investor relation services to the Company in consideration for an aggregate of US$15,000 at a rate of US$,2,500 per month. The Company has the right to renew the Agreement for an additional 6 months, subject to the approval of the TSXV.
