Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - May 26, 2025) - Argyle Resources Corp. (CSE: ARGL) (OTCQB: ARLYF) (FSE: ME0) ("Argyle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete an offering of up to 2,000,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of C$0.50 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds up to C$1,000,000 (the "Offering"). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the authorized share structure of the Company (a "Share") plus one-half of one Share purchase warrant (each whole such warrant, a "Warrant").
