(the "Company" or "Harley-Davidson") (NYSE: HOG) today announced that the preliminary results of its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") indicate that Harley-Davidson shareholders have elected all of Harley-Davidson's Director nominees.
