Warren Buffett surprised Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A 0.18%) (BRK.B 0.09%) shareholders earlier this month at the annual shareholders meeting when he announced that he would be ending a 60-year reign as the company's president and CEO at the end of 2025. Greg Abel will take over both roles, and Buffett will move to the position of chairman.
