(TSXV: MOO) (OTCQB: MRIVF) ("Moon River" or the "Company") The Company announces that it has granted stock options entitling the holders to acquire up to an aggregate of 135,000 common shares; including stock options granted to a director of the Company to acquire 100,000 common shares at a price of $0.41 per share until May 2, 2035, and stock options granted to a non-executive employee, to acquire 35,000 common shares, also at a price of $0.41 per share until May 2, 2035.
