(CSE: TRAC) (FRA: Z1K) (the “Company” or “Traction”) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a private placement financing (the “Offering”) of units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of C$0.18 per Unit, with each Unit being comprised of one common share (each, a “Share”) and one Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”).
