(TSXV: IMR) (OTCQB: IMRFF) (FSE: A7VA) ("iMetal" or the "Company") has closed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") for gross proceeds of $1,525,330. In connection with closing of the first tranche of the Offering, the Company has issued 15,253,300 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit.
