I maintain a bullish stance on CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, citing policy tailwinds and a sharpened focus on Singapore commercial assets as key catalysts. Singapore's Draft Master Plan 2025 should drive higher demand and rental growth for some of CPAMF's key assets. The REIT's divestment of non-commercial assets strengthens its pure-play commercial property positioning; a sale of overseas properties in the future can't be ruled out.
